Advanced Trainer Support

Our Advanced trainer support is available for all of our elearning packages. When purchased in conjunction with one of our elearning packages you will receive direct support from one of our trainers to help guide you through you elearning course and to achieve your certification.

While our elearning packages are a fantastic way to train for your certification in your own time, we understand that people learn in different ways. This is why we are offering advanced trainer support. This unique approach to elearning allows you to train for your certification from the comfort of your own home or office, while still having access to input and guidance from a real trainer.

Your trainer will be available to answer questions you have relating to your certification as well offer advice on how to approach any obstacles that might come up during your elearning course. They will also be there to give you direction and support to help you make the right decision for your development needs.

Additional Trainer Support includes:

• answering questions relating to your study and exam prep
• clarification on any content or framework queries to ensure a solid understanding
• Proactively monitor and track your progress throughout the eLearning program
• check-in emails on a fortnightly basis to offer support and follow up on progress made
• information, guidance and advice on choosing the correct certification pathway in your chosen framework.
