Once again the Art of Service material has done me proud. I have been looking for material to study for ITIL courses, and I believe I have found the solution. I used this book, along with the online course and passed my exam outright at the first try. This was the second intermediate course I took with them , successful on both occations on 1st attempt thanks to the simplistic teaching mode.
The content of the book is precise and to the point. Gives a great overview of what really Release, Control & Validation is about in line with IT. The exercises are challenging and prepare you well for the exam as well.
The ability to do the course online at your own pace, beats everything really e.g "no need for bosses approval to go on 5 days training leave", being able to rewind the lecture vs classroom. It really is the best option.
Art of Service team
The extra support that the team provides is also highly recommended. They are really a good team for service and I highly recommend them anytime.
Try them!!

I passed the RCV exam first time thanks to the course and the exam prep. The material was clear, easy to follow and put together very well. Also the support from the Art of Service is fantastic, all questions were answered quickly and they even changed my course from Service Transition to RCV after I decided to take the Capability pathway.
Already purchased the PPO course! (Posted on 9/3/10)
