The material is presented in a logical, easy to follow manner. I believe this is well worth the money and I am looking forward to advancing to the next level. Excellent book, totally satisfied
This is an amazing book for anyone who wants to explore what is Cloud Computing and how it works in the world of ITSM. The book includes some very detailed case studies from real world implementation. I deeply enjoyed reading this book and it really helped me understand the jargons about Cloud Computing. I read the book 2 times, practiced the sample tests and passed the Cloud Computing Foundation Certification exam with 95%. I would definitely recommend this book to my colleagues and friends.

This is the book to have when preparing for the Cloud Computing Foundation exam and not only. It refers to elements from ITIL v3 and ISO/IEC 20000 which you may find useful when attempting any of these other exams (ITIL V3 Foundation and/or ISO/IEC 20000 Foundation). I've been reading a lot about Cloud Computing in the last days, and this book is one of the best titles about this, that I've found so far. It's a book that not only focus on the principles of Cloud Computing in an easy way to understand, but explains in detail how to apply the principles of IT Service Management (based on ITIL v3 processes) to Cloud Computing, both point of views: Customers and Service Providers of Cloud services.
