ISO/IEC Certifications

ISO/IEC Standards.

IT Professionals are always wondering if they are doing the right things. The industry is changing quite rapidly and it is good to have an ISO standard to link your activiteis and results to.

The Art of Service has developed a number of educational programs to teach IT Professionals about ISO standards. The courses cover the ISO/IEC 20000 standard for Service Management as well as the ISO/IEC 27000 standard for Information Security management.

For ISO/IEC 27000 there are 3 types of programs:

1. ISO/IEC 27001 Awareness Program - covering the requirement of the standard

2. ISO/IEC 27002 Foundation Program - building on the requirement and going into more details regarding the Guidance for Information Security

3. ISO/IEC 27000 Lead Auditor Program (this course is not created by The Art of Service, but is still offered as an on demand online learning program)

For ISO/IEC 20000 there is currently 1 program available:
