ITIL 2011 Certification Kits

ITIL Service Management has been around since the 1980’s and in essence the Framework has been the same ever since. ITIL is used in companies across the globe and is successful in private as well as public companies. Universities, not-for-profit and social enterprises also benefit from using ITIL Service Management as the basis for their IT Service Delivery and support.

ITIL is a management framework that helps create structure and disciplines to design, develop, deliver and maintain IT Services (and the infrastructure required to achieve this).

The current framework is called ITIL 2011 and all our course materials have been updated to be in line with the current exam requirements and syllabus. 

The ITIL training programs are split up in 3 levels:

1. ITIL Foundation
2. ITIL Intermediate
3. ITIL Advanced

5. Learn everything you need to know for your ITIL exam and how to utilise this knowledge in your day-job.
6. Celebrate the fact that you passed your exam and are now officially ITIL certified
