In other words, how do you become an ITSM 'Grand Master'?



In our store (http://store.theartofservice.com)  we created a customer group called The ITSM Grand Masters group. Once our Intermediate students start their Managing Across the Lifecycle Program, they are automatically enrolled in this group.
As a member of the ITSM Grand Master Program, you are eligible for a lifelong 20% discount on ALL products in the store (with the exception of exams and hardcopy books). Everything you purchase from now on is at 20% discount. We hope that this helps you to get great on a day-by-day basis...

How do I enroll in the 'ITSM Grand Master'  Program?
1. ) When you purchased your ITIL Expert Program from our store and paid by Mastercard or Visa, you had to create a user account. This account will be automatically linked to the ITSM Grand Master Program once you start your MALC course.

2. ) You can check if you have been added by logging into the store with your userid and password, and place a product in the shopping cart. The 20% discount should automatically be processed. (but remember, you must be eligible for this privilige - and that is through purchasing the ITIL Expert Pathway either as a package or as individual programs)

I paid by Paypal when I purchased my Expert Program, how do I enrol in the 'ITSM Grand Master'  program?
1) Register your account in the online store. You will receive a userid and password once you finish the process.
2) Send an email to i.menken@artofservice.com.au  as soon as you start your MALC program to activate your account.

I purchased my Intermediate elearning Program individually from Amazon or another online retailer, how do I enrol in the 'ITSM Grand Master'  program?
1) Register your account in the online store. You will receive a userid and password once you finish the process.
2) You are still eligible for the ITSM Grand Master Program, but you will have to take an extra step: Send us proof that you've completed all Intermediate programs with The Art of Service and have purchased the MALC program from our online store.
3) Send an email with the documentation to proof your eligibility to i.menken@artofservice.com.au  to activate your account.
