Yes! APMG/CSME, the official ITIL accreditors, have accredited this course and the instructors who teach it as providing high-quality training in IT Service Management.

Considering the increasing number of IT Professionals and their Organizations who want to be actively involved in IT Service Management, this book, which leads to ITIL PPO and paves the way to ITIL Expert Certification, should do at least as well as the first and second edition, which are bestsellers.

  1. PPO completed, thanks! Review by Christina Nairn

My PPO qualification (or lack of) was holding me back from going for Expert. So when I joined the organisation I currently work with and found that they were using The Art Of Service to provide courses and exams I decided to give it a go. Was a bit nervous at first because I wasn't sure how well an online course could deliver an intermediate level course of ITIL. The course was great. Plenty of content and connections made between components, mock exams and exercises. I knocked it out within two weeks whilst working long hours by reading the book on the train in the morning/evening plugging away at the online course in sections at night and weekends.

I think the best part was a particular individual, not sure if I am allowed to name people on this...but Farrah from The Art Of Service was always so helpful and bubbly. This gave me great confidence that I wasn't just a number on a computer somewhere and that help was at hand if required.

So now I am looking at what other courses they offer. :)

    Thanks so much

    Christina
