ITIL® V3 Managing Across the Lifecycle Exam Voucher

By purchasing the exam 'voucher' you have engaged and approved our examination team to organize your certification exam on your behalf. You will not receive a printed voucher.

The examination team can:
- Help you arrange the exam in the comfort of your own office.
- Help organise the exam at one of the following testing institutes; Loyalist certification services (Canada) and CSME.

Please note: The Art of Service are happy to help you arrange your exams at a testing centre, however you can arrange to sit your exams yourself by contacting the exam centre directly.

In order to be able to sit exams in the comfort of your own office. You will need to appoint someone to become your supervisor, this person must not have an interest in you passing the exam/s.
 
Please find the below process of how to become a supervisor.
When it comes time to order your exam we require 2 - 3 weeks notice for paper based exams and 1 -2 weeks notice for online exams.
 
You are only able to order your exam once you have an accredited supervisor. Please note that all exams must be prepaid.
 
Please make sure the person who is to become supervisors reads the Supervisors Guide thoroughly before completing the paperwork.

Details of the session is sent to the supervisor via email at least 4 - 5 days prior to the scheduled session. The exam is then sat at the scheduled date. Once exam is finished the results will be shown on the screen. Shortly after you have exited the screen after your results have been shown you will receive an email from the exam institute confirming results and advising when you will receive you certificate, pin, and coaching report etc...
