I recently started down the path of ITIL v3 after frustrations about the lack of processes in my current environment. I have been in IT administration for a couple of years now and have encountered numerous deficiencies surrounding Service Management, and It management in general. My pursuit of ITIL certification is rooted in the belief that it takes more than just the technical understanding/ability to deliver superior services, but knowledge and wisdom of the entire body of processes that allows for IT to work effectively and efficiently.

The information provided within these pages provide a very clear picture for the reader to see and understand how these processes work and the benefits that they produce.
