The book is written very comprehensively and as someone with a non-IT background I have no difficulty following along. The book did a good job explaining everything you need to know in order to pass Foundations. The eLearning supplement definitely helped solidify the information conveyed in the book. The authors present the information in a really easy to understand manner that gets right to the information and concepts you need to know. I needed a quick intro to ITIL. The online courses were a good start. The presentations were easy to understand and got points across quickly. I've only used the book as a reference so far, refreshing my memory on a particular topic, but it seems to do this quickly as well.
