Very good book for exam preparation Review by Cristi
This is the book to have when preparing for the Cloud Computing Foundation exam and not only. It refers to elements from ITIL v3 and ISO/IEC 20000 which you may find useful when attempting any of these other exams (ITIL V3 Foundation and/or ISO/IEC 20000 Foundation). Review for Cloud Computing Foundations Review by Juan Felipe Betancur Uribe
I've been reading a lot about Cloud Computing in the last days, and this book is one of the best titles about this, that I've found so far. It's a book that not only focus on the principles of Cloud Computing in an easy way to understand, but explains in detail how to apply the principles of IT Service Management (based on ITIL v3 processes) to Cloud Computing, both point of views: Customers and Service Providers of Cloud services.
