The book and course package are great. This package just prepares you on what you need to know about Planning & protection in an IT environment.
Its nicely summarised product for exam preparation. The exercises and quizzes in the course excellent. The Art of service team were good to work with.
I easily passed the exam at the first attempt. I strongly recommend if you want to achieve certification in ITIL v3 PPO. (Posted on 12/16/10) -

The Art of Service is leading me throught the ITIL Expert Pathway. I just completed the Planning, Protection and Optimization Intermediate course and scored 100% on my exam. The courses are well worth the investment. (Posted on 10/1/10)
