This goal will require a significant shift in mindset and culture within organizations, from a resistance to change to one of embracing and actively seeking it.

    To achieve this, I envision a healthcare organization equipped with a robust innovation lab dedicated to researching and testing the latest technologies. This lab will bring together diverse teams of tech experts, healthcare professionals, and patients to brainstorm, collaborate and develop game-changing solutions to meet the evolving needs of the healthcare industry.
