    In order to achieve this goal, it is crucial for me to continuously work towards developing compassion in myself and in those around me.     In addition, we also recommended that Compassion establish a dedicated team or committee to oversee and manage the partnership and collaboration process, ensuring that it remains aligned with the organization′s overall objectives and strategies. This team would be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, tracking progress against KPIs, and making adjustments to the approach as needed.
