    Service center employees will act as managers and supervisors of the AI system, providing oversight and guidance to ensure smooth operations.     Synopsis:
    ABC Company is a leading service provider in the financial industry. The company has a large customer base and receives a high volume of inquiries and complaints through their service center. Due to the growing demands of their customers, ABC Company is exploring options to enhance the efficiency and productivity of their service center employees. After evaluating various technologies and solutions, they have decided to implement artificial intelligence (AI) in their HR processes, specifically to support the work of their service center employees.

    Consulting Methodology:
    To address the client′s requirements, our consulting firm conducted an in-depth analysis of the current HR processes and identified key pain points faced by service center employees.
