I had a great experience with the ITIL Awareness Training.
The Course content was full of rich information, that no one can expect to get for free. I have been trying different ITIL books and materials from different institutions, but i was not able to grasp even simple concepts.
The Art Of Service is a different issue, everything became simple and clear after this ITIL Awareness training. I enjoyed how everything was presented, and i have made my mind to look no further for any ITIL related thing, but THE ART OF SERVICE.
I just wanted to thank you and the rest of the team at The Art of Service for the great training that has been provided. I started out on my ITIL journey in December, reading your foundation certification book. After receiving my foundation certificate, I thought my ITIL journey was over until I learned about your e-learning program for intermediate levels and how cost effective it was. If I had to spend $2,000 per class, I would never have continued since this training was not subsidized by my employer.
On May 20th I finally passed the MALC and received my ITIL Expert certification. I know that without your book and e-learning programs I would not have reached this level. The exam prep material for each class really helped prepare me for each test and aided me in passing all tests on the first try. Thank you again for the great training.
