How does the Certification Pathway work?

Each program in this pathway requires final assessment in the form of an online, 20 question, multiple choice exam.

Once you have completed this program, contact us for details of how to purchase and arrange your exam. 

You can choose to study this course as a standalone program.  Once you have successfully passed your exam, you will receive a completion certificate. 

Or, you can choose to complete the full Human Resources Excellency Pathway, by studying both the:

• Program 1 - Human Resources Excellency – How To Get and Keep Your Winning Team Program, and
• Program 2 - Human Resources Excellency – How To Avoid the Pitfalls and Piranhas: Managing a diverse and ever-changing workforce.

Successful completion of both programs and the accompanying exams, enables you to achieve Human Resources Excellency Expert status and receive your Human Resources Excellency Expert Certificate. 

What is included in a Certification Kit?

When you purchase a certification kit you will receive a pdf copy of the book, three months access to the elearning materials and contact details of your allocated trainer - who is there to answer any questions or queries you may have about the courses, books, exams etc and guide you through your learning experience.

How much do the exams cost?

Exams cost $45 each and can be purchased from our store.
