It will also open up opportunities for growth, both personally and professionally, as I continuously push myself out of my comfort zone and explore different ways of thinking.

    One event or circumstance that could trigger this shift in perspective would be encountering a highly diverse and international team working on a complex problem. Their unique backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives would challenge me to see things from a completely different angle, forcing me to step out of my comfort zone and tap into my cognitive flexibility skills.

    Furthermore, participating in immersive experiences, such as traveling to new countries and immersing myself in different cultures, would also help me in developing this skill and expanding my cognitive flexibility.
