Case Study: Improving Product Quality in an IT Services Company
Synopsis:
The client for this case study is an IT services company that offers software development, application management, and infrastructure support services to various industries. The company has been in business for over a decade and has established a good reputation in the market. However, recently the company has been facing challenges with product quality due to an increase in customer complaints and a decline in customer satisfaction. This has led to a decrease in repeat business and has put the company′s reputation at risk. Client Situation:
