  • Oversee: review compliance and Quality Improvement Policies and Procedures no less frequently than annually, and recommends appropriate revisions and modifications.

  • Be certain that your corporation defines Monitoring and Reporting requirements, analyzes and recommends selection of hardware and Software Technologies and processes most suited to the requirements of the Corporation.

  • Supervise: Technology Roadmap delivery oversight (approval facilitation and execution, Monitoring and Reporting of approved projects) and associated delivery process formulation and Continuous Improvement.

  • Lead various technology continuity and resiliency and Disaster Recovery activities, identify gaps in existing monitoring capabilities, conduct impact assessments, formulate strategic remediation approaches, seek agreement from impacted parties and execute.

  • Formulate: regular Monitoring and Reporting on unapplied cash balances, with particular focus on timely application and Root Cause Analysis contributing to any delays.

  • Identify: design, development or implementation phases (business or technical) for Health And Human Services applications using system transfer, COTS, Custom Development or hybrid approaches.

  • Oversee, credibly challenge and assess the Line Of Business environment with respect to managing and mitigating Compliance Risk and establish processes to ensure effective and timely implementation of regulatory change requirements applicable to the group.

  • Confirm your group develops fiscal and programmatic monitoring instruments and review and approves instruments developed by others to ensure that program activities and services are documented.

  • Establish: continually monitor business and organizational developments to anticipate compliance issues, and ensure optimal integration of Compliance Considerations and controls in business Planning Processes.

  • Provide Compliance Risk expertise and consulting for projects and initiatives with high risk, generally spanning multiplE Business lines, to identify, assess and mitigate regulatory risk.

  • Be accountable for managing all client deliverables sold on a project against actual deliverables to avoid over servicing and ensure On Time Delivery with high Quality of Service.

  • Coordinate with WFM and other traffic analysts on the same campaign to ensure continuity of coverage and distribution of up to the minute statistical data about the day.

  • Ensure PMO based teams adhere to all nationally defined Business Processes and metrics while measuring, Monitoring and Reporting progress of teams against key KPIs and Strategic Initiatives.

  • Be accountable for developing, Monitoring and Reporting on a set of metrics (Balanced Scorecard) to track on compliance efforts effectiveness and that deficiencies are not repeated.

  • Ensure your group acts with Strategic Intent and sound judgment to lead the development and dissemination of information, communications and materials supporting your organizations Strategic Objectives and initiatives.
